2019/2020 SEASON
Sept 4 - FIRST NIGHT of the 2019/20 Season - Screening of members' "10 to 4" and "Video to Audio" films.
Sept 18 - Guest speaker Susan Beckett from City Eye. Sue will be talking to us about the filming activities at City Eye, how it is organised and funded and its place in the Hampshire Arts Scene.
Oct 2 - Writing ideas and forming groups for a Silent Movie

Nov 20 - Drinks and Chat Social Evening. Another of our extremely successful social evenings.
This will once again be at the Cricketers (just down the road from the Bowling Club) meeting at the usual 7.30pm.

Nov 27 - Visit and tour - Romsey Plaza. We have been able to arrange a guided tour of the old Romsey Plaza 1920's cinema which is still run as a part time cinema and theatre.
The tour will start at 6.00pm and end just before 7.30pm. It's an early start as our visit needs to be fitted in before their rehearsals at 7.30pm. We will then adjourn to a local hostelry (the name of which will be announced before the visit) for a drink and a chat.
If you can't make the tour, just come on to the pub afterwards.
Dec 4 - A selection of films will be shown from the recent SOCO Regional Film and Video Competition 2019 where our own short film "OASIS" was chosen as the winning entry.
